Danielle Lima is a Professional Dancer, Teacher and Choreographer born and raised in Rio de Janeiro. Danielle discovered a passion for samba when she joined the kid’s wing at the G.R.E.S Beija- Flor de Nilópolis where she paraded for many years and developed her own samba no pé style inspired by some of the greatest Passistas of Beija-Flor. Her teaching philosophy explores Samba as more than a rhythm and dance. Her method presents Samba as a tradition, as Art and Culture that brings people together as a powerful and united community.
